Recognizing a societal need coupled with a personal passion to engage women leaders who disproportionately confront conscious and unconscious biases as they navigate the corporate terrain, Sabrina began an intense study in female leadership in corporate America. She founded, and for 10 years, produced the National Association of Health Services Executives Women’s Forum. This highly successful program examined provocative topics and challenges for women and shared practical strategies to build leadership acumen.
In 2014, Sabrina launched Advancing Women Leaders, an advocacy and speaking program. She has presented to a cross-section of industries: Coco Cola Company, Association of Blacks in Energy, AT&T, and several non-profit organizations.
Fortified by a formal education at Howard University and the George Washington University, receiving a BSN and MHA/MBA respectively, this Chattanooga native continued a quest for knowledge and excellence. Ms. Shannon is a NCHL certified executive coach, and received the Wharton’s Executive Management certification, and Harvard’s Women and Power certificate.
Sabrina systematically and organically guides her clients through a process that highlights and leverages their leadership strengths while simultaneously supporting leaders to become-laser focused on organizational purpose and goals.
