Step 2: Initial Assessment

A careful examination of the assessment tools is one part of the process. Of equal importance is MEDI's initial assessment, which systematically guides the executive or physician to engage in a deeper level of self examination.

MEDI brings data to the process along with an approach to build a trusting environment for the executive or physician to safely explore.

The data collected during the initial assessment permits the executive or physician to have a better understanding of their strengths and where they have an opportunity to raise the bar to become more effective as a leader.

At the end of the two days, executives and physicians are re-engaged in their own development and prepared to invest in the work necessary to attain higher levels of leadership.
