Step 3: Goal Setting

At the end of the two-day off-site workshop, the executive or physician, in collaboration with the MEDI coaches, begins crafting the specific and measurable goals they want to achieve during the coaching process.

With the MEDI approach, goals are clear and strategic in areas where the executive or physician believes are most critical to taking their performance to a higher level. In addition, specific tactics needed to achieve each goal are outlined to provide a detailed map for achieving success. In the MEDI executive coaching process, establishing goals and measuring performance provides a solid foundation for the successful candidate.
