Tim Osterholm is an expert in Executive Coaching and Team Development. His
experience distinctively qualifies him to combine a diverse work portfolio with the
ability to quickly connect with people and build trusting relationships. He both
exhibits and nurtures the key qualities for successful leadership. Whether clients are
seeking a developmental engagement based on leadership goals outlined by a health
system or an individual is looking to develop new skills, enhance current skills, and
effectively transition to a new role, Tim is there to help them traverse and reach
their goals through the coaching engagement. He walks leaders through the climate
of change to gain the intuitive skills necessary to manage diverse relationships.
Moreover, Tim’s coaching approach fully engages clients to build the muscle of an
effective leader.

Tim has worked for over 25 years in the healthcare industry including: Laboratory
Leadership, Ambulatory and Outpatient Services Leadership, Service Line
Administration, Cancer Program Leadership, Strategy and Business Development,
Hospital Operations as a facility President, and Chief Human Resources Officer for a
Health System. During his time as President at CHI St. Vincent North hospital, Tim
experienced the value-added benefits of executive coaching and team development
personally through the dedicated and talented executive coaches of MEDI. He
understands coaching is investing in the individual.

Respectively, Tim delivers a value-added service to his clients by navigating them
through the transitions within the individual journey for the creation of highlyfunctioning
teams. By committing to the mutually agreed upon goals of the client
up-front and then continually examining and challenging the client, Tim collaborates
with executives and physicians in the work to be better leaders, faster. Clarity for
both coach and client is a key component to providing an expedited transition,
however; all engagements are customized to the most effective pace for the client.

After completing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Medical Technology in 1989, Tim
obtained his Masters of Public Administration Degree in 1995 from the University of
Nebraska-Omaha.
