Debra Harrison is a MEDI Coach who served as the Chief Nursing Officer for Mayo Clinic in Florida for ten years. Her years of experience in nursing and hospital leadership give her a unique perspective of the challenges those leaders face. She routinely gives presentations on Transformational Leadership and Organizational Change. Working with MEDI provides an opportunity to team with expert coaches while bringing her nursing leadership experience.
